The South Carolina Legislature approved "The Home Detention Act of 1994" which provides for the development of a Home Detention Program (HDP) by the state and local governments.  The purpose of the HDP is to identify offenders, who either as a condition bond or have been appproved to serve their sentence outside of the jailprison with the use of GPS AIM's products and services.
